I took in a Samsung TV to get fixed and after paying to get it looked at and a part replaced, it turned out that another part and further investment was required. It was not financially feasible for me to continue fixing. Lesson learned for me is to calculate the cost of the worst case scenario of getting a TV fixed. In some cases it's best to spend a bit more and replace, on some occasions however, the fix might just be worth it. Luckily for me, Simon offered to find and sell a working second hand TV that the shop had previously fixed, at a reasonable price so that I wouldn't go empty handed. The Sony Bravia TV I ended up with is bigger and nicer than my original. Thanks Simon and Pauline for trying to make the outcome as best as it could be.

These guys are fantastic, they’ve fixed things on my caravan, fixed my coffee machine. Always communicating and keeping you updated and clearly have a wealth of knowledge. It’s also worth noting that people that are reviewing them low are serial 1 star reviewers that should maybe spend some more time looking in the mirror than pointing their finger. These guys will always be my 1st stop couldn’t be happier.

Prestige customer service is great. I have been taking my coffee machine here for years. They provide advice on how on how to maintain the device too, especially as I am on tank water.

Absolutely fabulous service. Our repair was just out of warranty but worked with Sony and got it fixed for us under warranty. Turn around was quick. Highly reccomend

Great service, great pricing, 'can do' attitude with high quality technical work on a one-off piece of electronics. We needed a specialised scanner built from a kit. The other stores in town were not interested. Prestige listened, committed to helping us and produced a first class solution. We highly recommend Prestige Electronics and their management and technical team. They are my 'go to' for all future electronics issues.

A great find. We didn’t know that services like this existed. They fixed our Denon sound system by replacing a broken part. We are very happy with the result. They also fix coffee makers and a range of electrical appliances. Highly recommended.

Unbelievable level of service! They were so helpful for something that was relatively simple if you had the right tool. There technician saw to it while I waited and all done with a smile. Would highly recommend for any repair job. Not something I often do in Canberra.

Prestige Electronics was recently recommended to me as a place to go to to get my Breville Touch coffee machine fixed and serviced. Being the week of shut down for businesses directly before Christmas, I completely understood that the team at Prestige may not be able to get to my machine before closing. However, Yaz booked us in and kept in touch with us and answered any questions I had when picking it up. The team of technicians were amazing and got the job done. I am extremely confident and happy to use them again and will be recommending them in the future. Thanks Prestige Electronics. You are amazing.

Looked around for someone to fix my TV and came across Prestige. Gave them a call. Right from the outset the professionalism shone through...Yas explained the process, the likely costs, the timeframe for assessment and completion. She made it easy to understand and answered all my questions in a pleasant and straightforward way. 45 minutes later I was dropping off the TV at their Fyshwick store. Again, an excellent in-person interaction on par with the phone chat. Such a refreshingly positive interaction made easy by someone doing a great job. Many thanks to the whole team.
